Article of newspaper !!!!

Dear all,

It is already two weeks ago, but the memories are still fresh and the smile is still there: we had a terrific time among friends in Belluno!

We made over 720 jumps and only the first 2 days ( 27th and 28th of April) we did not jump.

However: it is not the number of jumps, that made our time together special; club president Corrado Marchet sent me a mail, that says it all.

Here is the translation of the message, that went to all Belluno club members.

Dearest Abraham,

In the name of the whole parachuting association of Belluno , I want to thank you for the very wonderful stage you organized; you brought to Belluno what sport parachuting wants: people from various nations meeting each other, speaking the same language: Sport parachuting!

Heartfelt greetings from us towards our friends, hopefully we'll meet again soon.

Reading this, I was flattered, but realized also immediately, that it was the group of people, that made this period of time special: each and everyone contributed in his or her own way and I want all of  you to thank you for that.

As attachment a small article from a local newspaper as well as the original picture; it was planned to be taken at an earlier day, but probably we were too busy then.. J

At this moment we are already planning 2010; may be we'll link the Belluno-training to the POPS World Meet in Verona somehow and/or we'll close the training period with a real competition.

As soon as more information becomes available, I'll inform you all.
